With it's breathtaking views over the surrounding valley and mountains of the Alberes range. Collioure centre and beaches are just 10 minutes walk from the house.
 
Superbly located, this property boasts tranquillity and privacy as well as stunning views and at such a short distance to both the centre of Collioure
with all amenities (shops, restaurants, bars) and the beach, it really is possible to have the best of both worlds! Off-road parking is available. The house itself can accommodate from 1 to 6 people with it’s two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. The mature gardens provide privacy for you to enjoy the all important siesta under the Mediterranean sun, no matter what time of the year! Just 40 minutes from Perpignan airport, 30 minutes to Perpignan city centre and only 30 minutes to the Spanish border.
